Again technology at its best. I have never seen such thing before. How about taking whole computer in your pocket all the time. This ball predicts the future of computing. You might have seen many things like this but the unique feature of this ball is that when it is closed, no one can guess that whole computer is hidden inside this ball. When you will open it, you will find a complete set of display screen, virtual keyboard and a mouse.

This ball is known as E-Ball and its design is given by Apostol Tnokovski. He was trying to create the smallest PC in the world when he came across this idea.

It is shaped like a sphere because in Tnokovski’s opinion this is the best shape in nature and it draws everybody’s attention.

E-Ball will feature a dual core processor, 250-500GB HDD, 2GB of RAM, integrated graphic card and sound card, 2 x 50W speakers, HD-DVD recorder, wireless optical mouse and laser keyboard, LAN and WLAN card, modem, Web cam and integrated LCD projector.

Also, the E-Ball PC supports a paper holder and the paper sheet on the holder could act like a screen where you can watch movies or something. This concept PC will measure 160mm in diameter and it was designed for Microsoft Windows OS, sorry about the others. For the moment there is no word on pricing or when it’s going to be available, however, I am sure that everybody would like to see a small spherical PC like this one.

Cleano is a free Windows utility that helps you keep your hard drive clean by deleting your temp files, run history, Internet explorer files, and other data. What sets Cleano apart from other utilities like CCleaner is its simple layout and a nifty little feature that lets you automatically cleanup files when you login to Windows.

Cleano also happens to be a single tiny executable file, which makes this utility a perfect candidate for installation on a USB flash drive which you can use to do some basic cleaning operatings on your work and home computers, as well as the next time you visit your friends or family members who are always complaining that they’re running out of space on their hard disk.

Open Document Format is an open standard file format OpenOffice.org and others use. File Extensions include .odt(text), .ods(spreadsheet), and .odp(presentation). By default Microsoft Office does not recognise these file formats. However it is possible to open and edit these files after installing a pluggin from Sum Microsystems.

If you have Microsoft Office 2003, simply download and install the Sun ODF Plugin should just work. You can download the Sun ODF Plugin from here.

For office 2007 users

- Install Sun ODF Plugin for Microsoft Office.
- Open ODT document via File > Open, or by double-clicking the ODT file and when prompted for the application to open it with, choose Word.
If you don’t have administrator privileges to install software, you can try an online converter such as Zamzar or Media Convert. You can also upload ODT documents to Google Docs or Zoho Writer.
If you want to open ODT documents locally but want to stay away from MS Office, try the lightweight, cross-platform Abiword or the full-blown suite of OpenOffice.org.

There is nothing wrong to update your Windows hardware device drivers to the latest version and Driver Update software is an essential and handy tool to automate the process of updating hardware drivers. But if you don’t properly remove your old drivers, they can cause system instability, startup problems, slowdowns, hardware woes, and system crashes.

Driver Sweeper is just the right tool that you need. This nifty little utility enables you to remove driver leftovers from your system. It sweeps through your system, finds old drivers, then lets you remove them. Here is how you are going to use Driver Sweeper. You can clean your drivers this way:
- Use the official uninstaller(s) of the driver(s) you want to uninstall. I prefer Revo Uninstaller.
- Reboot your PC in Safe Mode.
- Run Driver Sweeper and select what to clean.
- Analyse lists all the entries possible to remove, cleaning removes the entries selected
- More drivers can be selected for the same cleaning process.

This method will delete remaining files upon reboot (if deleting failed). If something goes wrong after the removal, you can always restore to the prior state.
The current supported drivers are NVIDIA (Display and Chipset), ATI (Display), Creative (Sound) Realtek (Sound), Ageia (PhysX) and Microsoft (Mouse).
Driver Sweeper is a freeware and designed to work with Windows 2000, XP and Vista.
